Harper Lee was born on April 28, 1926, in Monroeville, Alabama. She was the only girl in her family with 4 brothers. Harper worked with her school's paper the " Rammer Jammer". It helped her learn that writing was what she wasted to do with her life. In 1956 Lee started to write To Kill a Mockingbird. In July of 1960 the book was published. The next year the book won the Pulitzer Prize. Since then she has lived a good life, but she never got an other book to be published. She also helped an other famous author Truman Capote.

It's good and I put where and when Harper Lee born, about rmmer jammer and what prize that book get, too. Different is I put her school name and what Cities she went. I think you need to add picture of Harper Lee to show how she look.
ReplyDeletei like the design of this blog page and i like how its brightly colored and the words are all colored. The color of the title does make my eyes feel weird, but the blog post has similarities like the college she studied befroe her first novel.

ReplyDeleteBrandon B I think you did a great job. We have a lot of similarities; we both talked about Harper being the youngest of four and also when her book was published. One thing were had different was you talked about her helping other artist and I didn’t find that information. I think you could have added a picture.
It`s pretty good. I didn't know she had four brothers. I think you were supposed to have two sources for your bibliography though, but otherwise very good.
